The apartment has a view of the sea. A maximum of 1 pet/ dog is allowed. East facing covered balcony with terrace furniture.
Les Eaux Vives is comprised of small terraced houses and small apartment buildings, divided into islands. It's located above the Saint Pierre La Mer avenue, 600 m from the centre, 900 m from the sea. For shared use: swimming pool (15 x 8 m, depth 95 - 140 cm, 01.07.-31.08.) with built-in steps. Parking.
Shop, grocers 500 m, restaurant 800 m, bus stop 100 m. Please note that Les Eaux Vives 1 and les Eaux Vives 2 have their own swimming pool.
