This 320 m2 holiday home with covered and heated private pool is located at the foot of the lovely High Fens in a picturesque Ardennes village in Bellevaux-Ligneuville about 1.0 km from the center of Malmedy. The large windows in the living room and dining room assure a wonderful view of the green environment. There is a charming fireplace in the seating nook. There is wireless internet access and the home has four bedrooms and accommodates up to nine guests.
You can relax on the sofa beds in the living/dining room and watch cable TV or your favorite movies in DVD. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and freezer. All of the 4 bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom and a television. The home has a washing machine, recreation room, a garden with garden furniture and barbecue facilities. Parking is also available.
Next to the swimming pool you can walk right onto the terrace and sunbathe during summer. In the winter you can also use the outdoor sauna or perhaps cool off in the snow.
Malmedy and Stavelot are lovely towns to visit, and the lakes at Robertville and Butgenbach are nearby. It is an ideal location to have a walk and enjoy the natural surroundings.
