Cancellation fee
In case it is necessary to cancel the reservation, you should make it in writing (e-mail or fax) until 168hours (7 days) before the check-in date. Within 7 days, the deposit will not be re-imbursed. If the client cancels the reservation in the days that precede the aforementioned period and a refund is made, the client will be charged with any expenses of the refund. If a cancellation is made for a reservation of 3 to 7 rooms (group), the deposit will not be re-imbursed even if made before the 7 day period.

-1 night stay:transfer-bank deposit for 100% of the amount
-2 night stay:transfer-bank deposit for 50% of the amount
-3 - 8 night stay:transfer-bank deposit for the amount of 2 nights
-stays of more than 9 nights:transfer-bank deposit of 30% of the total.
It is the responsibility of the the client to carry out the bank operation (transfer-bank deposit)in the 72hrs (3 working days) that precede your written confirmation, to quarantee the reservation.

IT IS IMPERATIVE that the client sends us the confirmation of the total amount paid, payment method, date and the name of the person either by fax or e-mail
If the reservation was confirmed between 7 days (168 hrs) and 2 days (48hrs) before the arrival date, one of the operations - transfer or bank deposit - should be made at a maximum of 24hours, complying with the paragraphs beforehand. There will be no refund if the client cancels the reservation.
PUBLISHED RATES ARE NOT APPLICABLE FOR OFICIONAL NATIONAL HOLIDAYS OR EXTENDED WEEKENDS DURING THE WHOLE YEAR.
FOR GROUPS OR/AND ACCOMODATION OVER 3 NIGHTS, THE PUBLISHED RATE MAY ALTER ACCORDING TO HOTEL'S CONFIRMATION.
